After a period of core shared classes to acquire the strategic and operational skills required for international HR management and organization, you will choose a specialization:
Major in international mobility to gain a full understanding of international assignments as well as the entire process of managing an international transfer in multidisciplinary and operational terms. You will be equipped to set up and support all forms of assignment.
Major in people development to become fully operational in supporting the HR strategy of organizations with international operations. You will learn to attract, recruit, develop, support, engage and retain staff in a multicultural organization.”

Setting HR strategy for an international company: the basics, positioning of the function, key components of compensation policy, talent management and international mobility
Setup and optimization of HR management processes in an international company: employment law, strategic workforce planning, international career management
Managing and running HR teams in each entity of an international company: intercultural management, organization and effectiveness of the HR function
Setup and implementation of a system for handling HR data in an international context: HRIS, project management
